    What delivery costs

    Delivery is free on orders over €300, to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Every trampoline and every PlayBase frame qualifies, and go-karts are delivered free as well.

    How long it takes

    Models we have in stock are delivered within 48 hours. Anything else typically takes 7 to 10 days. Go-karts and PlayBase frames are held in stock. We confirm the delivery date when you order.

    If you need a trampoline for a particular date, ring us on 028 3756 8930 before ordering and we will tell you whether the model you want is in stock.

    We deliver, we do not install

    We supply and deliver. We do not install trampolines. BERG's manual covers the assembly of above-ground trampolines, go-karts and PlayBases. For an InGround or FlatGround trampoline the groundwork is done by an installer, landscaper or builder who looks at your garden and quotes for it.     You can return an order within 14 days. The cost of return delivery is paid by the customer.
