BERG Go-Kart Buying Guide
BERG go-karts are pedal karts, and the main decision is the size of the frame. This guide covers the five karts we hold in stock, from €299, and nothing else.
Choose by age
BERG gives each kart family an age guide. The three families we stock are:
- BERG Buddy: 3 to 8 years.
- BERG Rally: 4 to 12 years.
- BERG XL: 5 years to adult.
The guides overlap, so a child of 5 to 8 falls within all three. Where a child fits more than one, the smaller kart fits now and the larger one leaves more growing room. Children of the same age vary in height, so if yours is near either end of a guide, ring 028 3756 8930 before ordering.
What BFR means
BFR means the kart has BERG's BFR hub: pedal forwards, brake by pedalling back, and reverse. Of the karts we stock, the XL B.Pure Blue BFR carries it in its name. For the other four, see the product page on the shop or ask us.
The five karts compared

| Rally DRT Green | Rally | 4 to 12 years | €499 |
| XL B.Pure Blue BFR | XL | 5 years to adult | €595 |
The Buddy Lua has a pink and green colour scheme and is otherwise the same kart as the Buddy B.Orange. Prices are the shop's, in euro.
